Description (partial)

Symptoms:

"show controllers t1" on a 3845/2xNM-2W/4 x VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 combo may report
clock sources driving the NM-2W's PLL are different than the clock sources being
reported from the NM-2W FPGA LCS Register.

Conditions:

Observed on 3845/2xNM-2W/4 x VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 combo running 124-19b, 124-24.6b and 
124-24.6.T with 
NM-2W populated with 2 x VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1  with all 4 DS1s defaulting to "clock source 
line" and the NM-2W not participating in the system backplane clock.
