Cisco Bug: CSCsz35321 - SPA key index for encrypted mcast handling issues
Nov 17, 2013
- Cisco uBR10000 Series Universal Broadband Routers
Known Affected Releases
None Symptom: If the Blaze key index allocation fails for an encrypted mcast session, the traffic will be sent unencrypted. Index allocation might fail due to an IPC drop between the host and the guardian, or because the guardian is down. Conditions: Multicast traffic will be sent in the clear. Also upon key renewal, blaze index 0 (for deault traffic) is over written with the new key and all traffic is encrypted, causing the modem to go offline and come back and get stuck in the init(io) state.
