Symptom:

Outlook incoming calls log displays blank entries when calls are placed by extensions that the UCC popup user is monitoring in CME

Conditions:

-User A  has User B  monitored under his ephone
-User C also has User B monitored under his ephone
-User B calls user C
-This creates a blank entry under 'Incoming Calls' for User A
