Description (partial)

Symptom:

When scheduling a video meeting with "Who Can Attend" setting set to "Invited Profile Users" or "MeetingPlace Profile Users" instead of "Anyone" the notifications will be sent out using the non-video templates.

This causes the Video Meeting ID with the prefix not to show up in the templates users receive

The notifications will be sent out with NotifySchedule.tpl instead of the NotifyScheduleVideo.tpl for meetings scheduled from the web and MPMessage.rtf instead of mpMsgVideoNot.rtf for Outlook plug-in meetings

Conditions:

Schedule a video meeting with video enabled with a service prefix and reserving at least 2 video ports.

This issue occurs if the settings  "Who Can Attend" is not "Anyone". This is true if manually changed in the More Options page, or if it is already set in the user profile setting. This also occurs for both back end and front end notifications (scheduling from Web/MeetingTime and Outlook plug-in).
