Symptom:

CDR DB is growing in size and the CallDetailDiagnosticRecords table is much bigger than the CallDetailRecords table.

Conditions:

For this specific case, the trigger is that you have CDR and CMR records enabled and have "Zero Duration" call logging disabled.
