Symptom:
Calling party keeps hearing music on hold after desktop pickup timer expired for the mobile identity of a dual mode phone. Specific scenario this was seen for was with mobile identity invoking enterprise feature access (efa) to do conference.

Conditions:
Dual mode phone is being used.
