Description (partial)

Symptom:
NAP is configured for MAC Authentication Bypass and to authenticate MAC with ACS internal Database.

MAC addresses are entered in format "XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX" and
authenticated/recognized correctly, but successful authentication is 
mapped to a different group than expected and configured on the NAP.

Authorization attributes like IETF attr 64/65/81 are taken from the wrong mapped group.
