Description (partial)

Symptom:
The agent status is not displayed at the bottom of the desktop.

Condition:
Using .NET desktop, when an agent tries to login to the desktop where supervisor tried logging-in using Instrument 2 (whereas Supervisor already logged in using Instrument 1)
