Description (partial)

Symptom:
Certain Detector log messages show an incorrect attack-global-id value, i.e. when the actual value is bigger than 9999, only the first 4 digits are displayed, e.g. 1000 instead of 10000.

Conditions:

This is only seen when the attack-global-id reaches 10000
Affected log messages include attack-start, Pending-Dynamic-Filter and attack-ended.
The attack-summary log message does show the correct ID.
