Description (partial)

Symptoms:

Transition from Embedded view to Portal view does not work


Conditions:

This problem occurs when you: 

1. Log into CiscoWorks LMS Portal and click Manage View 

2. Select LMS from the tree structure on the left 

3. Enter a view name and select Embedded from the drop-down list and click Save. 

The view is created. 

4. Select the created view and the View type from the drop-down list and click Save 

The following error message appears: 

You have entered invalid data. Please try again 

If you click the Back button, the following error message appears: 

View Settings is temporarily unavailable
