Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Bulk imported users can't access PCA. Phone TUI password worked fine. Conditions: Note: No LDAP or SSL. Users added via web worked. Got the following error when authenticating with CiscoPCA: "An error occurred and you were logged off the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant. Please contact your system administrator and try to log on again later."
