Description (partial)
Symptom: Enabling the Enterprise Parameters for IPV6 after an upgrade can cause port 2000 from being initialized. Conditions: This behavior is seen after an upgrade to an IPv6 capable CUCM system and enabling IPv6 on both the OS and the Enterprise Parameters.
