Description (partial)

Symptom:
defect to track the following issues:
 Syn Arq BTS action missing in Config CLI:
Steps to Reproduce:- 
1. Login to Config CLI.
2. Navigate to BTS configure mode. List all the commands.
3. Notice that the BTS action Synchronize ARQ and MFT parameters which is provided from CAM GUI client is not implemented in Config CLI.

BWG export/import issue in load balancing and redundancy config:
Steps to Reproduce:- 
1. Configure load balancing fields from EMS.
2. Export the BWG data into a file - "71188-bwg-loadbal.txt"
3. Delete the BWG from EMS.
4. Import the BWG back from the export file.
5. Notice that the load balancing fields have default values set and not the configured values.
6. Now configure redundancy fields.
7. Take a BWG data export - "71178-bwg-load-red.txt".
8. Again delete the BWG from EMS.
9. Import the BWG back from the export file.
10. Notice that the redundancy config data are set to default values.


CorrectDb needs to be implemented for BWG objects:
Steps to Reproduce:- 
1. Login to EMS Admin CLI.
2. Execute CorrectDB command.
3. Notice that all the BWG and CPE objects are validated but not the BWG objects.

Config CLI-show navdiagstats command having issues:
Steps to Reproduce:- 
1. Login to Config CLI
2. Execute show navdiagstats <cpe Id in hex>
3. The command is failing and not displaying the statistics on console window.
