Symptom: ICM behavior with respect to deleting the call varaibles in CTI clients need to be updated in the Documentation (as,"In conference & transfer scenarios, if the value of any call variable, is deleted in the CTI client, then ICM would retain the previous value of the call variable (however updating/modifying of call variables is still possible)). Conditions: Deleting the call variables in the Call variable field while transferring\conferencing the call from CTI clients.
