Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call Park displays invalid park number for a particular range

Conditions:
Call Park displays invalid park number for a particular range of park number

If a give configure the park range as [10-20].The Call park configuration page accepts this range .However if we make a call from PhoneRT1 to PhoneRT2 and park the call. The call gets parked at 0. This is not the valid park number. There could be other complications due to this behavior. If there is a route pattern starting with 0. The call can't be retrieved from a different Phone. Also in the case of 9.x Phone since the Park Monitoring feature is supported, if the call gets parked at 0, it can't be resumed.
