Description (partial)

Symptom:

When using Q761_Danish a call is made within one PGW node from one GW to an other, during call phase conversation we receive a LOP message at the incoming PSTN interface. PGW handlis this as an unrecognized message.

According to ITU Q.1912.5 and 3GPP 29.163 the PGW should act in
accordance with the procedures described within 7.7/Q.732.7,
> under the clause heading "Interactions with other networks".
> This procedure entails that the PGW should send a LOP message with the indication "Insufficient information"
