Symptom: Agents intermittently stop getting assigned activities Conditions: Agent logs in, works on activities, and then assignment stops until EAAS - Listerner process/instance is restarted. Once these are restarted agents start getting work but face interruption of work where activities stop getting assigned even though agents are logged in and available.
