Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the manager phone, tapping DND twice after eachother, brings the DND feature in a loop showing on screen "your current options", "Do Not Disturb is active", "your current options", "Do Not Disturb is active", ... in a loop. This loop is endless and needs to be stopped by removing the power of the phone for example

Conditions:
First found on CUCM 6.1.3-1000-16 and a Mega-cluster implementation.
IPMA Managers were not EM enabled.
