Customer has found that in certain scenarios the graceful shutdown feature is not working as it should. When going into Graceful shutdown mode the server terminates some calls that should survive that were already ongoing. 

When in the IVR system if the caller chooses an option to get sent to another center. that call is dropped immediately as if it is a new call coming into CVP. They BU has looked at this issue and agrees that this is not working as designed. 


Environment is ICM 7.2.4, CVP 7.0(1), UCM 6.1.2 The IVR is provided by Genesys IVR
