Description (partial)

Symptom:

Call prompt message of call comes in does not display immediatelly in Directory menu on SIP phones

Conditions:

1. Select A SIP Phone , Go to Directory to check call history. eg. Received call. 
2. Go into Received call menu, it will list all received calls. Date and time prompt message will be displayed on status line at the bottom. ( it will stay remain display for about 10 sec) 
3.  At this time. use another phone to call the SIP Phone. Prompt message of Call comes in (eg. From XXXXX) will not overwrite the Date and time prompt message immediatelly. it will just be displayed after the Date and time prompt message disappear. 

Expected result:
Call prompt message should have higher priority than other prompt messages. when the call comes in. Call prompt message should overwrite other messages on the status line immediatelly. 
The issue only existed on SIP Phone. SCCP Phone does not have such issue.
