Description (partial)

Symptom:

- High CPU on router is seen after upgrading to 124-(20)T2 from 124-(20)T
- Steps Taken.
1. IVR was releasing calls due to High CPU

2. After disabling the inbound dial-peer 50 that invokes the IVR GW went to normal operation without releasing calls and without High CPU.

 Inbound dial-peer was disabled at 15:08:59 MET Mon Apr 6 2009

3. High CPU was seen on CCH323_CT, after the IVR was cleared but after clearing the voice service voip, GW went back to normal operation
. Log of this operation is seen on TAC-Case2-100%cpu.zip
