Call durations do not represent active time of call, but the sum of ringing duration plus active time


1. Login to CUPC (softphone mode) as UserA
2. Place a call to other CUPC UserB, and do not answer the phone immidiately - wait for e.g. 10 seconds
3. As UserB, answer call (observe call duration) and end call
4. Open "Call History" for that call and observe that duration
