Symptom:
When doing <CmdBold>no router ospf<noCmdBold> a message similar to the following may be seen:

%IPRT-3-NDB_STATE_ERROR: NDB state error (BAD EVENT STATE) (0x0) 10.10.10.3/32, state 7, event 0->4,
nh_type 1 flags 4 -Process= "OSPF-1 Router", ipl= 0, pid= 268

Conditions:
1)A significant number of IGP routes.
2)An interface on which OSPF is running comes up while cleanup of
the OSPF process is in progress
