Description (partial)

Symptom:
       The VG224 registered with CM 6.1 through SCCP,  customer found vg224 phones could only display 10 digitals caller-id . In China,  cellphone numbers and toll  calling party number are usually 11 digitals long,  the first number was lost on VG224 phones. 
     

Conditions:

     1)	The problem was verified with version 12.4(24)T, 12.4(20)T1, 12.4(15)T8
    2)	        Cptone inform:
                             With 12.4(24)T , the cptone CN can't display longer than 10 digits, but the cptone IT(Italy) can .
