Cisco Bug: CSCsz19982 - Sometimes on IE7/IE8 we do not check for duplicate device name...

Symptom: At times on Internet Explorer 7 (and presumably also on Internet Explorer 8 in Compatability Mode) when a user tries to add a device our check for duplicate device (one with same name) it does not work. That is, MARS effectivly skips the check for duplicate, and override the pre-existing device with the same name. This is true for adding devices as well as for editing - if we edit a device to have the same name as a pre-existing device we replace the pre-existing device with the new one. But this happens only part of the time. Conditions: Happens sporadically.
