Description (partial)

Symptom:

An exception will be seen in the cms logs and one hourly sample data of all Application Accelerators (one hour before CM downgrade) for few WAEs may be missing in the CM GUI.

Conditions:

CM and WAEs are in 4.1.3 for more than 2 hours. Downgrade all the WAEs to 4.1.1x.  CM is downgraded within 2 hours after downgrading all the WAEs to 4.1.1x.
