Description (partial)

Symptoms: A Cisco router running Cisco IOS Release 12.2(33)SRC1 may crash when
removing the TE tunnel mode on a SIP600 or ES20 card. 

Conditions: A tunnel bot uses the following script to remove tunnels:

interface Tunnel37025

no mpls ip

no tunnel mode mpls traffic-eng

exit

no interface Tunnel37025 

In the transient time between removal of tunnel mode and removing the tunnel
interface, packets are still moving through EARL.
