Cisco Bug: CSCsz16610 - slow response and/or irratic mouse behavior when using web collaboration
Feb 22, 2014
- Cisco Unified MeetingPlace
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: It seems that whoever initiates an RDP session and simply uses the share feature is the one who experiences the mouse issue. Anyone who takes control never experiences the issue, only the moderator of the meeting and only if the moderator is using RDP. This is a big deal here as work from home is becoming more and more prominent. Not to mention, we have an Availability Command Center that has many employees who are on conference calls all day and their only workstations are virtual machines that they have to RDP to. Conditions: We are running MP 188.8.131.52 with 2 app servers and 1 web server. We have 2 MCUs with a total of 4 audio blades. We are not using video with this system. When we use web collaboration directly within the office, we do not experience the issue; however, if we RDP within the office to virtual machines running XP or we RDP via VPN from outside our company, we experience the issue.
