CUPC gets stuck on playing both alerting and busy tone at same time while the incoming call got disconnected. To stop it need to restart client.

Can be caused by incoming call from a remote destination that makes CUPC with deskphone control ring. Mobile hangs up before call is answered. CallManager treated this call clearing as busy instead of normal call clearing. To correct this defect on ccm was opened: CSCsz04563. This defect is to harden CUPC code to not get stuck.
