Description (partial)

Symptom:
UT Custom report jobs are not shown if custom templates are deleted.

Conditions:
This problem occurs when you:
Create a Custom Report template for End Host or IP Phone job. 
Schedule the End Host or IP Phone job with the custom report template. 
In UT Report Jobs page, the job is displayed.
Delete the Custom report template from Custom Reports.
Re-launch the Report jobs page. The job is not shown.
The job is not displayed.
The job appears only if the Custom Report template exist in the custom reports.
