Description (partial)

Symptom:
The current documentation indicates that intercom calls may be placed on hold once the intercom call has been established as a 2-way call.  This is incorrect.  

Conditions:
The documentation is incorrect.  The intercom feature has never allowed an intercom call to be placed on hold.
