Symptom: Numerous HA_EM-7-FMS_POLICY_MAX_ENTRIES message causes high cpu utilization in all call-home related platform. In c870 platform, a traceback can be seen. Conditions: Create 3 profiles and subscribe syslog with severity debug separately. Simply reload device will cause this issue.
