C10K goes into crash shortly after booting up and the following error messages are logged in
crashinfo file:

Conditions:
enable IP SLA LSP health monitor and set ScanInterval as 5 minutes for a VRF on a PE which has over
500 VPNv4 routes learned from another PE.
