Description (partial)

Memory leak of 540 bytes is observed in locald_DSC for every session where authentication takes
place from RSA.

This happens in the following scenario
1) Configure an username, associate him with usergroup root-system
2) Import the RSA public key for the above user
3) Make an authentication to the box for the above user with RSA and exit

Now you will observe a memleak of 540 bytes in locald_DSC. Of the 540 bytes of leak 468 bytes of
leak was in crypto library which was fixed as part CSCsy87676, this ddts is to fix the 72 bytes of
leak present in the AAA code.
