Description (partial)
Symptom: Embedded Event Manager policies which are configured to use a cron timer may run twice within the same minute. The first execution will happen at the start of the minute (i.e. at the 00 second). The second execution will happen at the end of the minute (i.e. the 59 second). Conditions: This can occur if Network Time Protocol or Simple Network Time Protocol is configured on the device, and the device receives a time update with a negative offset less than or equal to 0.5 seconds.
