Description (partial)

- While validating that the device could connect to all 8 frequencies configured in its XML file (by changing the BTS to different frequencies) the device did not automatically connect to the BTS on the 7th frequency change.  Instead a window popped up displaying "It was failed to apply".
- After clicking "OK", the CU showed "Ready to Connect"
- When the "Connect" button was selected, CU did not respond by connecting to the BTS

Any customer network with many frequencies in the channel plan may face this problem.
