Description (partial)

Symptom:

With preempt configured, when the Cat6k with the active ACE module is reloaded, the ACE may not correctly replicate conns over after rebooting and becoming active again.  Some connections could get dropped.

Conditions:

Preempt configured and the Cat6k chassis is reloaded.
