Description (partial)

Symptoms: When thousands of IP DHCP sessions disconnects concurrently system may encounter an error with the following traceback : %SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (2014)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (31/31),process = DHCPD Receive

Conditions: This symptom is observed on a Cisco ASR1000 series router when
functions as an Inteligent Service Gateway (ISG), when Port Bundle Host
Key (PBHK) and Layer 4 Redirect is enabled on sessions.
