Description (partial)

Symptom:
1. Have 2 or 3 SMX in a  BTS,
2. Make sure that all SMX are in Sync with corresponding BTS,
3. Enable Logging in NavDiag for all the CPE's,
4. Now, Power Cycle all the CPE's,
5. Make sure all the CPE's come up and complete NE,
6. Reset Reason is not getting updated with proper reason in NavDiag, instead it shows other reasons (Eg: Load Roll Back/Request from PC) in that field when Power Cycled.
7. Attached the NavDiag Logs for the same.
Conditions:
