Symptom:
 
 Caller (IPC @ G729) ===> CCM ==> GK ==> CVP ==> mobile Agent on 7940 @ G711
 Dead air when a held called is retrieved
 
 Conditions:
 
 Caller (IPC @ G729) ===> CCM ==> GK ==> CVP ==> mobile Agent on 7940 @ G711
 
 
 Call flow:
 ==========
 1. caller dial aa-aaaa000
 2. CCM send that to CTI Port on ccccccc000 (toward ICM)
 3. ICM return the call and change the called number to CVP label 
dddddddddxxxxx
 4. CCM send the call to GK Trunk
 5. GK trunk send the call to CVP
 6. CVP direct the call to VXML GW as eeee0xxxxxxxx (thru GK)
 7. caller hear prompt ....bla.bla.
 8. caller press 2
 9. caller get send to agent via CallManager to mobile agent fffff* or ggggg* 
(via GK)
