Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using RTMT to schedule SFTP drops 3 of the four servers will time out while checking the ability to use SFTP. If you retry the servers that failed the first time will pass and other servers that passed the first time will fail.

If you ssh into the CUCM servers and use ssh to log into the SFTP server the connection will always make it.

If I put the server on the same switch the problem goes away
Conditions:
Seems to need delay between the CUCM server and SFTP server.
