Symptom:

Mpls core down - not able ping from one end to other end .

Conditions:
===========

This problem is specific to GSR , Conditions involves the following triggers

1. Shut all Core Facing interfaces ( In this problem relating scenario , Core Facing Interfaces comprised of Bundle-Ether and Ten gige Interface )
2. No Shut them
3. RP FO ( FO has to be in quick succession , it can be FO Force or FO induced by inducing proc crash of bgp / tcp / mpls_ldp / ospf and these protocols are having nsr enabled . Also  nsr failover switchover has to be configured too for induced FO to work ) 
4. After FO , problem is hit and connectivity between far end Routers is lost
