Description (partial)

Symptom:
SM installation/upgrade procedure might fail on Linux because the TT DB failed to be created with specific memory configuration..
The TT DB creation failed with the following error in the umlog:
"10-Feb 2009", "14:34:03.037 BRST","[main]",ERROR,"com.pcube.management.smm.database.DataRepositoryTimesTenImpl","[TimesTen][TimesTen 7.0.5.2.0 ODBC Driver][TimesTen]TT0837: Cannot attach data store shared-memory segment, error 12 -- file "db.c", lineno 7896, procedure "sbDbCreate", sqlState: 08001, errorCode: 837"

The "./p3sm --sm-status" output contains a similar error.
Conditions:
Combination of memory setting that should be supported according to the SM user guide.
