Description (partial)

A BARS backup would fail some time (Ex: 2+ hours) after being initiated. This will effect both manual and scheduled backups. No apparent error messages are displayed to the end-user.

MCVD logs show the following:
%MCVD-AC_SPANLINK-7-UNK:BarsCLI did not complete, timer expired. Unable to contact Call Manager. Please make sure that the Call Manager is running and connected to the network

To confirm this bug, run the following on the primary CRS server:
- Open a command prompt (Start > Run > cmd)
- Change directory (cd) to C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin
- Run the command BarsCli -bl -od="C:/testing" (The directory after -od= is unimportant and can be any directory)
- After the above command executes, the below exception will be displayed
