Description (partial)
Symptom: When setting a CA certificate to 'untrusted', any CM that uses an Issuer of the same name will be rejected, including the legitimate modems. Conditions: The issue was found because new software was created called Haxorware which generates these CA certificates that conflict with the existing CA certificates.
