Cisco Bug: CSCsz05014 - DBWorker says Unsupported data type 38 if field is NULL-able
Dec 29, 2016
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Customer is attempting to connect DBWorker (dblookup) to a database table. They defined (among others) some fields (XXXX, YYYY) with data type of DBINT in the Script_Table_Column configuration. Upon connecting, dbworker reports "Column XXXX has unsupported data type of 38." They are both INT (sqlint4) data type, which is valid, but because the field is null-able in the database, that makes it unavailable to DBWorker. Conditions: ICM (IPCC) with DBLookup option, connected to a SQL Server Table.Field with data type of INT, where the field is marked 'NULL-able'
