Description (partial)

Symptom:
If there is a WLAN configured to 802.11g only as radio policy and there is the LAP configured to 14 channel,
a WLAN client tries to associate to the LAP but results in failure due to 802.11g only policy. 
WLC should controll as the WLC does not allow 802.11g only and 14 channel.


Conditions:
If there is a WLAN configured to 802.11g only as radio policy and there is the LAP configured to 14 channel
