Symptom: When an external caller calls the desk phone of a CUMA user (where desk phone is the phone monitored by CUMA), then CUMA cannot get the caller id of the caller using JTAPI. Hence the received call log generated by CUMA may not contain the name of the caller. Conditions: This is seen when a CUMA user receives a call on his/her desk phone from an external caller.
