Description (partial)

Symptom:
Engine coredump when PGW want to initiate a SIP over TCP call, and failed to establish TCP connnection 

Conditions:
When making SS7-PGW-SIPTCP call, and if SIP peer(such as SIPP) is not running and listening at TCP port, in this case PGW will failed to establish the TCP connection, and cause engine coredump.


!Note: Engine will coredump only when set its log level to DEBUG in mml.
