Description (partial)

When creating a channelized controller via the 'card type' command
and/or configuring the controller, the following tracebacks may appear
on the Active Unit and Standby Unit respectively

%NETWORK_RF_API-3-FAILDECODEDATADESCINSTDBY: Cannot decode data descriptor in Standby for <controller slot/subslot/bay> , descriptor type=6

%NETWORK_RF_API-STDBY-3-FAILDECODEDATADESC: Cannot decode data descriptor for an interface or controller because the sync header cannot be decoded, descriptor type=6
When specifying the controller type on a multichannel t1/e1 port adapter or
shared port adapter via the following command

card type [t1|e1] <slot> <bay>

For example:

card type t1 3 1

When the above class of commands is executed, the controller UPDOWN state may, in some instances, be synchronized to the Standby Unit slightly before the controller configuration is applied at the Standby Unit.
